Case Study 01 — The Reluctant Drivers
A couple who hadn't driven further than the supermarket in three years asked us to plan a confidence-building coastal escape.
The Hargreaves came to us with anxiety about long drives and a desire to reconnect with the outdoors. We designed a route with no single leg longer than 75 minutes, each ending at a village with character and a place to stretch. The route threaded through Brecon Beacons, skirted the Gower Peninsula, crossed into Devon via back roads, and finished at a clifftop cottage in Mortehoe.
Result: they've since booked two more trips — one to the Lake District, one to Normandy — and told us driving now feels like freedom, not a chore.
